I am so honored to receive a fellowship from the Sustainable Arts Foundation. This amazing organization provides financial support to artist-parents. They understand that juggling parenthood and artistic work can be challenging but also so extremely rewarding. The story I submitted is about gigantic sinkholes that are popping up all over the globe and can only be stabilized when women come and pitch their emotional baggage into them… Strange to think how relevant dystopian stories feel these days, but I’m glad we have them as a vehicle to think things through.
